Jeri Shelton brings more than 30 years of experience in information technology, project management, operations, sales administration, software implementation, business process analytics and data analytics in a variety of industries.

As a member of the JumpStart IT team, she is responsible for gathering report request requirements for new reports and report changes from the organization’s employees and clients and creating technical documentation for the data reporting analyst. She is responsible for the management of the report request queue and the auditing of all reports after they are completed and before they are released to the employees and clients. She is also responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com.

Prior to joining JumpStart, Jeri was a consultant at IBM, Watson Health as an application access analyst responsible for application security and user management for over 300+ internal users. She worked with the department managers to develop standard user roles, identify the appropriate use for users and the ongoing audit of user security by creating reports in MySQL.

Prior to IBM, Watson Health, Jeri spent 19 years at Majestic Steel USA, Inc. Her first 12 years were spent as the Information Technologies Manager, where she was responsible for the hiring and directing of a staff of nine network administrators and programmers. In that role, she increased the daily customer shipment productivity by 50%. She then moved on to the position of Business Analyst as the organization moved toward new ERP software. In this role, she was responsible for project management, translating operation business requirement into software requirements, data mapping, software testing, user training, the creation of user guides and the administration of the four ERP systems.
