Brian Hall is currently owner and CEO of JIT Services, LLC. Additionally, he is Senior Vice President at The Greater Cleveland Partnership where he is Executive Director for the Commission on Economic Inclusion. In 2016, Brian formed 2NorthStar Capital, LLC to acquire via making controlling investments, businesses in: logistics, packaging, manufacturing, staffing or other services that sell into supplier diversity friendly sectors.
Brian earned a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and an EMBA from Baldwin Wallace University. He additionally completed four annual executive tracks in business management at The Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
He served as CEO of Industrial Inventory Solutions, which was listed on the Black Enterprise 100 for 5 years prior to the 2008 recession. He has led ventures with fortune 1000 partners, serving as board chair and CEO of iSource Performance Materials (Applied Industrial Technologies, AIT NYSE), Innogistics LLC (Exel/DHL).
Brian is extremely civic minded and has served on many different civic boards as well as private for-profit boards (Fifth Third Bank NEO, Shorebank Cleveland) and public facing boards (Cleveland Cuyahoga Port Authority, North East Ohio Sewer District)
Today he serves as Director, Chair of Governance, and member of Compensation Committee at University Hospital Health System. He is also Trustee, Chair of Finance, member of Governance Committee of University of Cincinnati Foundation, and Director of the President’s Council Business Chamber. He is Director of Rhythm and Blues Foundation NYC as well as Chair of Black Young Presidents Organization Network (of YPO International).
