Jennifer Rowen has more than two decades of professional program, project and office management experience. Currently, she manages JumpStart’s Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program, where she oversees all day-to-day operations, participates in the NEO ESP Deal Flow Management System to facilitate sourcing and onboarding of new mentees and promotes communication between network advisors and mentors to ensure a more consistent, effective client company experience.
Jennifer also oversees the collection, entry and management of all data pertaining to the Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program and supervises the production of all related collateral including training manuals, bi-annual reports and marketing collateral.
Prior to joining JumpStart, Jennifer supported top level executives and handled office/project management duties at a number of area firms, including a wealth advisory firm that provided support services to high net-worth individuals, many of whom were successful entrepreneurs.
Jennifer studied human resource management at Cuyahoga Community College and accounting at Myers University.
