Venture for America is a fellowship program that places high-achieving college grads in startups in up-and-coming cities like Cleveland. Currently, Cleveland has 16 Fellows at places like JumpStart, Boxcast and GenomOncology with skills ranging from coding to design to customer success. Even if you don’t intend to hire in the near future, getting to know the VFA network can be really beneficial when you eventually look to bring more people in.
