Tips and techniques on using QuickBooks ONLINE will be explained in a two-part workshop from Kathy Dise, President and Founder of BudgetEase, at the Hudson Library & Historical Society. Part I will be held on Wednesday, March 29 and Part II on Thursday, March 30, with both workshops beginning at 6:30 p.m. Register for each session separately. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to follow along with the program.
The first night will cover determining which version of QuickBooks Online is best for you, creating a QuickBooks Online account, setting company preferences, syncing transactions from the bank, learning how to add a product, customer or vender, and where to enter bills, invoices and checks. Part II will review adding products, customers and vendors, bank reconciliations, setting up an invoice template, adding memorized transactions, setting up inventory, inventory management, and customizing and exporting reports.
