Cleveland.com asked three women in tech how to encourage more women to enter tech, at JumpStart’s Startup Scaleup event on Tuesday.

The more women who succeed in tech, the more women will see a path for their own success, venture capitalist Monique Woodard said.

“Just seeing examples of success is really important,” Woodard said.
