To most people, a pandemic is something that only happens in movies or maybe in pages of our history books. Most of us never expected to be living through this disruptive force that swept through like a tsunami, forcing us to quickly shift our business models, forecasts and how we engage our teams, customers, clients and community. We came to know a new, yet now familiar term known as social distancing, and while we learned to stay apart we fought to stay together.

We are now faced with the need to create a new normal. It is time to stop playing defense and start playing offense. It’s time to rewrite our playbooks by facing what happened, healing from the pain of what we went through and charting a course forward with the type of intention that will bring hope, inspiration and clear direction for ourselves, our families and our businesses.
