The Credit Counseling Program consists of a Credit & Money Management Workshop, one-on-one credit  counseling, and the 700 Credit Score Communities initiative. It is a free 1-year program that assists  clients with, but is not limited to:

• ·Establishing or increasing their credit score
• ·Creating a budget
• ·Increasing their savings amount
• ·Starting an emergency fund
• ·Reducing their debt
• ·Lowering their interest rate
• ·Deferment of payment
• ·Establishing a repayment plan
• ·Lowering the minimum payment

All of these outcomes are based on the client’s commitment to improving their financial profile or how  willing the creditors are to working with you and client. Although we can’t guarantee any outcome to  the client, we can guarantee the client that they will be educated on how to improve their financial  profile and that we will work together to try to achieve a desired outcome.
