COMBA is known as Your Business Resource. Our mission includes provision of direct, quality business and contract procurement assistance which contributes to the growth and stability of Ohio’s underutilized businesses with an emphasis on minority, female, socially and economically disadvantaged business enterprises. COMBA actively engages minority, disadvantaged, and women owned businesses through the process of self-employment. COMBA administers the Columbus Minority Business Assistance Center and plan room which is funded by the Ohio Development Services Agency. COMBA serves the entire State of Ohio, with an emphasis on Franklin, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Union and Delaware counties. All services are provided on a non-discriminatory basis.
