This series provides growth-stage food service small business owners with:

  • A foundation for developing a sound and sustainable business growth plan.
  • Ways to optimize existing resources to grow a brand, team and physical and digital footprint in a scalable, cost-effective manner.
  • Meaningful new community and industry contacts, resources, and tools to help actively plan for and support growth.

 

The program outline is as follows:

  • Week 1: Tiplist and To-Do Roundtable | Monday, September 9th from 10am-12pm
  • Week 2: Establishing Brand Recognition | Monday, September 16th from 10am-12pm
  • Week 3: Establishing a Network | Monday, September 23th from 10am-12pm
  • Week 4: Establishing Space | Monday, September 30th from 10am-12pm
  • Week 5: Managing Costs & Efficiencies | Monday, October 7th from 10am-12pm
  • Week 6: Establishing Community & Customer Loyalty | Monday, October 14th from 10am-12pm

 


Deep Dive Workshops are ideal for businesses generating over $75,000 in annual revenue and whose owners are interested in and dedicated to building their social media presence. Current JumpStart clients that are pre-revenue with a tech solution ready to launch are also encouraged to apply. Spots are limited; applicants will be contacted via email.
