Back by popular demand! Hyland is hosting their second annual “Women in Tech” conference for females interested in learning about computer science and IT opportunities. The focus of this event is to learn about computer science, hear from women working in IT and interactive workshops to learn hands-on skills. This event is free and open to females who are interested in exploring IT opportunities.

Please bring a laptop for this event.

There will be a free lunch provided by Hyland and free parking for those interested.

1:00-2:00 pm: Hour of Code with Tech Elevator – Learn Basic: Coding Concepts & Why It’s The Most Important Job Skill of the Future
2:00-3:00 pm: Agile Inclusion with We Can Code It – Learn Scrum-based techniques while solving tech inclusion issues.
3:00-4:00 pm: Panel Discussions – Hear from professionals who have majored or switched to an Information Technology career.
