Todd Thompson is currently General Manager of RRD Marketing Solutions, a 1:1 marketing firm that leverages data, analytics and a multi-channel approach to cultivate customer relationships for clients that include Fortune 500 firms such as Sherwin-Williams, Midas, OfficeMax, PNC Bank, and Disney. He also co-founded a PD predecessor company, THMG.
Prior to RRD Marketing Solutions, Todd held several marketing leadership roles at KeyBank, where his responsibilities included brand management, advertising, database/direct marketing, marketing analytics, digital marketing, PR and product management. Previously, Todd served in executive positions Carr Liggett and Wyse Advertising.
He is a frequent presenter at national conferences, including the national DMA Conference & Exposition, CRMC (Customer Relationship Management Conference) and NCDM (National Center for Database Marketing), and his current responsibilities include account management, marketing consulting and operations management. He also serves on Precision Dialogue’s board of directors.
Todd earned his B.S. in Advertising and Marketing Research as well as his M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
