Mason Milani is a highly-motivated graphic designer, illustrator and visual problem solver with experience in brand identity, creative leadership, and multi-channel marketing.
As the Graphic Designer on JumpStart’s marketing team, Mason is responsible for creating visual collateral and direction to support internal and external JumpStart initiatives. He works in collaboration across the organization to implement ways to communicate ideas through engaging and actionable design. He develops digital marketing campaign deliverables, print collateral, website imagery, video production elements and custom graphics to capture key messaging. He is also a steward of brand identity for the organization and its partners in order to promote a consistent, fresh and relevant visual experience in the marketplace.
Before joining JumpStart, Mason established a foundation in fine art and analog letterpress printing as proprietor of Leadbelly Letterpress & Design. His craft developed into a balance of traditional process and integrated marketing techniques, which led him to the Cleveland non-profit organization Morgan Conservatory where he coordinated all aspects of their gallery and marketing efforts.
Most recently, Mason served as Associate Manager of Graphic Operations at BrandMuscle. While there, he managed multiple clients and created locally-driven marketing designs across several industry verticals.
Mason holds a Bachelor’s in Printmaking from Hiram College.
