JJ DiGeronimo, president of Tech Savvy Women, began her career designing computer infrastructures for Fortune 500 companies. She stays involved with emerging companies as a strategic advisor to Venture Capitalists, Investment Teams and Executives related to emerging technologies, routes-to-market and repeatable revenue streams. With 20 years’ experience in high tech, JJ advanced from entry-level technology positions into leadership positions within Silicon Valley-based companies. During her 8 years at VMware, JJ focused on Datacenter Technologies: Cloud Computing, Virtualization and SDDC. She includes these experiences along with leadership research in her books “The Working Woman’s GPS” and “Before You Say Yes” (e-book). She also co-authored “The Confident Woman, Tapping into Your Inner Power.” Through keynotes, books and executive sessions, JJ shares effective leadership and inclusion strategies for professional women and corporations looking to retain Women in Technology.
