JJ DiGeronimo, the president of Tech Savvy Women, began her career designing computer infrastructures for Fortune 500 companies after graduating with a computer information systems degree in 1995. She stays involved with emerging companies, as she is a strategic advisor to Venture Capitalists (VC), Investment Teams and Executives as it relates to emerging technologies, routes-to-market and repeatable revenue streams.

With 20 year of experience in high tech, JJ advanced from entry-level technology positions into leadership positions within Silicon Valley-based technology companies. With 8 years at VMware, JJ focuses on Datacenter Technologies: Cloud Computing, Virtualization and SDDC.

She includes these experiences along with hours of leadership research in her books “The Working Woman’s GPS” and “Before You Say Yes” (e-book). She also co-authored “The Confident Woman, Tapping into Your Inner Power.”

Through her keynotes, books and executive sessions, JJ shares effective leadership and inclusion strategies for professional women and corporations looking to retain Women in Technology. Her work with Women in Tech and Girls and STEM is featured in Forbes & Wall Street Journal along with many other publications.

Throughout her career, JJ has made an impact in technology and, specifically, STEM.
