In 2005, Jeff founded Value Based Solutions, an organization that enhances the bottom line profitability of companies by reducing indirect spend on a contingent basis. In addition, Value Based Solutions assists companies with best/final negotiations for larger, one-time purchases.
Since founding Value Based Solutions, Jeff and his team have worked with over 500 different companies. His clients span across multiple industries and typically fall within the $20M-$1B+ annual revenue range. Approximately 70% of clients are portfolio companies owned by private equity firms. Prior to starting Value Based Solutions, Jeff was a Partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, specializing in supply chain and strategic sourcing projects/services.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s in Economics from the College of Wooster.
