Fehmida Kapadia is a strategic marketing and product management professional with a strong scientific background and more than a decade of experience working with biomedical companies. Currently, she serves as President of KapaMed Consulting, where she helps early stage technology companies with marketing, product development, fundraising, customer development and commercialization.
Fehmida is also a part-time lecturer at Case Western Reserve University, where she teaches Product and Process Innovation.
Prior to her current work, Fehmida helped take a product idea from proof-of-concept to commercial prototype while working as a Program Manager at the Cleveland Clinic. She also serves as a NSF iCorps mentor at the University of Akron and has worked with various biomedical client companies at BioEnterprise, helping them with market assessments, regulatory and reimbursement landscape evaluation, business plan development and fundraising activities.
Fehmida holds a doctorate in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and a master’s in Biotechnology Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University.
