Director of Finance & Administration, Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center

Dan has more than two decades of professional services and practice leadership experience, focused on global business transformation initiatives enabled by process and technology excellence. He is well-versed in SAP and Oracle business intelligence solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Simple Finance. In addition, he is a respected thought leader and speaker on finance process excellence and transformation, continuous improvement and Sarbanes Oxley compliance and sustainability.

Dan currently serves as Director of Finance & Administration for Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center, the nation’s oldest freestanding hearing and speech center and Northeast Ohio’s only non-profit organization dedicated solely to serving those with special communication needs. In this role, Dan plays a critical role in strategic decision making and operations, managing finance, business planning, HR, administration and IT.

Previously, Dan had been a significant contributor to consulting practices at EY and Arthur Andersen. While Partner at EY, Dan was responsible for practice and people development, as well as sales and delivery of Global Business Transformation projects enabled by SAP technology. Prior to becoming Partner, he served as Senior Manager. In this role, he was a major contributor to the build out of the EY Detroit Global Automotive Center responsible for the sale and delivery of advisory consulting engagements impacting global operations.

Dan is a Board Volunteer for Breakthrough Schools, the highest-rated network of tuition-free, public charter schools in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dan graduated magnum cum laude from The University of Akron with a bachelor’s in Accounting.
