Chad Bittner is a product management and marketing professional with 20 years of global experience optimizing business portfolios, developing go-to-market strategies, creating disruptive innovative solutions and driving new products/solutions to market to create competitive differentiation. He currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience at TestOil.
Throughout his career, Chad has served in a variety of leadership roles for large corporations, including Tarkett, Dealer Tire, Steris Corporation, Nestle and Sherwin-Williams. Most recently at Tarkett, a global flooring manufacturer, Chad served as Director of Product Management and Marketing: Healthcare & Education. In this role, he managed a $365M P&L, strategically restructured key processes, developed new product launch programs, and successfully recruited exceptional talent to the organization.
Prior to Tarkett, Chad served as Director of Marketing for Dealer Tire, a $1.7B wholesale organization that partners with major automotive OEMs to supply, promote and grow customer retention initiatives at dealership aftermarket service-repair centers. In this role, he managed a team of 12 and a $17M promotional budget. During his tenure, he strategically refreshed a 13-year-old loyalty program, led the team to 16% year-over-year incremental unit growth and instituted annual planning for each OEM partner to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Chade is also Principal and Owner of ISD Strategic Consulting. In this role, he actively partners and collaborates with global venture capital organizations to strategically evaluate new market opportunities in B2B, B2C and CPG industries.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University and an MBA from John Carroll University.
