Bill Nemeth leads JumpStart’s Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program. A former mentor himself, Bill now works to connect a growing network of experts from a broad range of backgrounds with early-stage entrepreneurs who will benefit from their advice and experience.
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Bill has been engaged in the information technology industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience in solutions development, project management, infrastructure definition and business development. His work in these fields has earned a 2004 NorTech Innovation Award and a 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Prior to taking over JumpStart’s signature mentoring program, Bill was the founder and CEO of Mirifex Systems, which Inc. Magazine recognized as the fastest-growing high-tech consulting firm in the nation in 2005. He led Mirifex for 15 years and successfully exited the firm when it was purchased by two other companies.
Bill holds an MBA from the University of Akron and a BSBA from The Ohio State University with dual majors in Information Systems and Marketing.
