Allison works with the CEO and Senior Leadership staff to ensure administrative needs are met, manages Board of Director relations and assists the Development department in report writing and donor correspondence.
Allison has more than 12 years of administrative, operations and project management experience across a variety of industries. Before joining the JumpStart team, Allison worked for a private golf club community in Sarasota, Florida managing the new member acceptance process and all Club documents. Family called her back home to Cleveland where at the Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel she served as Sales and Catering Assistant coordinating meetings and sales contracts and planning the hotel’s grand reopening event. In addition to her role as Coordinator, Sales Operations at the Council of Smaller Enterprises, Allison took part in the Board-directed initiative COSE Forward project for new company strategies and served on the project management team for the implementation of a new CRM System.
Allison received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Concentration from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio.
