This series provides growth-stage small business owners with:

  • A better understanding of where time is being spent and how to take your time back
  • Clarity on the role of the business owner, including responsibilities, delegation, and communication
  • Confidence and the tools to better prioritize, delegate, and understand how progress can happen in your business

 

The program outline is as follows:

  • Week 1 – Welcome & Time Management Overview | Thursday, January 11th from 9am-12pm
  • Week 2 – How are Your Spending Your Time? | Thursday, January 18th from 9am-12pm
  • Week 3 – Collaborating and Communicating | Thursday, January 25th from 9am-12pm
  • Week 4 – 30 Day Action Plan | Thursday, February 1st from 9am-12pm
  • Week 5 – 1-on-1 Coach Follow-Up | Scheduled individually week of February 5th
  • Week 6 – 1-on-1 Coach Follow-Up | Scheduled individually week of February 12th
  • Week 7 – 1-on-1 Coach Follow-Up | Scheduled individually week of February 19th
  • Week 8 – 1-on-1 Coach Follow-Up | Scheduled individually week of February 26th

 

Deep Dive Workshops are ideal for businesses generating over $75,000 in annual revenue and whose owners are interested in and dedicated to building their social media presence. Current JumpStart clients that are pre-revenue with a tech solution ready to launch are also encouraged to apply. Spots are limited; applicants will be contacted via email.
