Argentum, OnShift Working To Meet Workforce Needs

The silver tsunami is causing ripple effects for long-term care (LTC) providers. The industry needs to recruit 1.2 million new employees by 2025 while continuing to create attractive working environments and career paths.

Argentum and OnShift have announced a three-year corporate partnership to conduct research, compile innovative resources and create best practices to give LTC providers tools to improve workforce strategies.
