NeuroNotes Wins The $2,500 Top Prize in JumpStart’s 2021 Stark County Pitch Competition

Ten Stark County entrepreneurs presented their business ideas via Zoom on January 27 at our first fully-virtual Stark County Pitch Competition.

At the end of the evening, the judges selected NeuroNotes as the winner of the $2,500 cash prize.

Created as part of a high school Junior Achievement course, the company is focused on helping people improve their wellbeing by reducing stress. NeuroNotes is an interactive journal that walks users through activities to improve their overall wellbeing. The guidebook includes fun facts and research that relates each included activity to continuous self-improvement.

After the competition, we had a chance to catch up with NeuroNotes CEO Jake White to learn more about the business, what it means to win the competition and what’s next for the company.
