Across the globe, “Smart Cities” are working to harness the power of data and technology to solve community problems and improve the quality of life for their residents.

Join a dynamic group of students, technology experts and community leaders for a 36-hour Toledo Smart Cities Hackathon, designed to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the region.

From homelessness and geographic health disparities, to water quality and other environmental challenges we’ll look for new ways to engage common community problems and examine how technology could help improve everyday life in Northwest Ohio.

Bring your brainpower (and your laptop). It’s going to be an exciting 36 hours!
