Ms. Arveice Washington, Deputy Director, Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) for the Department of the Navy (DON) in partnership with the Ohio Procurement Technical Assistance Center, will conduct a small business workshop on 30 August 2018 at the Cuyahoga County Council Chambers, as a part of the Cleveland Navy Week Aug 27-Sep 2. The DON (Department of Navy) “Navy Weeks,” coordinated by the Navy Office of Community Outreach, are designed to give Americans the opportunity to learn about the DON, its people, and its importance to national security and prosperity.

This year’s “Cleveland Navy Week” will feature the above small business workshop designed to educate small businesses on how to do business with the Navy and Marine Corps. The workshop will also cover how to find out about upcoming contracting opportunities and how small businesses can contribute to the warfighter mission.
