About the speaker:

Over the past 11 years, Tim has worked with public, private, and municipal organizations of all sizes, including a Fortune 100 aerospace systems company, a $2 billion/year consumer goods manufacturer, and several major healthcare systems.

Tim began his career with 18 years in the entrepreneurial world of small business. After pursuing his education in business management and organizational development, he spent four years as an organizational development and change management consultant with a large electric utility. This was followed by ten years of rapidly expanding responsibilities at the corporate university of a global consumer products company, where he eventually served as the company’s director of professional and general business development.
