Chrostowski prefers to talk about what he’s done with life after prison, not what got him there in the first place. It was his bout with the law, that motivated him to start a restaurant that also doubles as a cooking school for the formerly incarcerated.  He is on a mission to change the face of re-entry in the U.S. by arming those formerly incarcerated with a skill and a smile.
