In celebration of the Burton D. Morgan Foundation’s 50th Anniversary, the Hudson Library & Historical Society will hold its fifth annual “Pitch Night” competition.  Ten finalists will be selected from the pool of online applications to pitch their business ideas to a panel of expert judges in front of an audience.

Participants will need to apply online at hudsonlibrary.org for one of the 10-minute time slots available for this “shark tank” style program.  Online applications will be accepted starting Monday, October 9, and must be received by Monday, October 30, 2017. The ten finalists chosen to pitch will be notified by Monday, November 6. A $3,000 cash prize will be awarded to the first place winner, second place will receive $1,500 and third place will receive $500. The public is welcome to participate as a member of the audience and watch the competition.  No registration is necessary for audience members.
