Panelists
Teddilyn Gavozzi

Teddi worked in data research and health care before realizing she wanted more of a challenge in her career. She started researching going back to school to get her MBA, but instead chose a coding bootcamp and after the 14-week program, she now works as a Web Developer at University Hospitals.

Heather Rusnica
After years of working part-time while she raised her kids, Heather decided that she was ready to transition back to full-time work and do something for herself, building on her natural problem-solving skills. After exploring how to learn to code and deciding to attend Tech Elevator, Heather now works as a Software Developer at Consolidated Technologies Group.

Lyndsey Shugarts
Lyndsey has years of experience working in marketing and sales, and always felt like she wasn’t truly reaching her full potential in previous roles. After attending an Open House and learning more about the coding bootcamp industry, she took a risk and enrolled. Lyndsey now works as a Developer at Level Seven Group.

Launa Greer
After graduating from Princeton, Launa worked for nonprofits like AmeriCorps before starting to teach herself how to code using online classes. As she built her skills, she was seeking feedback and guidance from experience developers and decided to enroll at Tech Elevator. After graduating, Launa now works as a Consultant for Blue Chip Consulting Group.
Come hear more of their stories and insights about their career change experience!
