What is tech? What is it like to work or intern in tech? What is it like to be an entrepreneur? How do you build a company? How can we build more inclusive cultures so that more than 23% of technical roles at Apple, 17% at Facebook and 15% at Uber are women?

As the Rust Belt is changing to the Tech Belt, how can we encourage our friends who are women to go into tech and once they are kickass engineers, how can we create a workplace where they are able to do their best work? How do we as women break these glass ceilings while building and create immense value in tech?
