The Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development announces an initiative to start, build and grow hyper-local, resident-owned businesses in the heart of the Clark-Fulton neighborhood. This is an exciting opportunity for the community to build on the momentum of the La Villa Hispana Redevelopment project aimed at revitalizing and stabilizing the W 25th and Clark Ave retail corridor. The deadline for applications is Monday, January 22nd at 12pm.
Entrepreneurs will participate in a 4-week retail business training program where they will develop their business model and business plan in both 1-on-1 advising and group-based sessions. At the end of the training, the participants will pitch their businesses in front of a panel of judges and 4 businesses will be accepted into the business incubator and receive a prize package that includes startup/growth capital!
Join HBC to learn more about their new retail incubator challenge and even apply in person. They will answer your questions about the program, training, timeline, etc. They will have two sessions scheduled for this day: 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Session is available in Spanish and English
