Registration is now open for our next Angel Education Session: Maximizing Returns on 11/6 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. at The Global Center. Attendees will hear from several panels of successful startup CEOs and investors on how to maximize shareholder returns at each stage of a company’s growth.

Some of the potential discussion topics include:
• Keeping focus and investment on value-creating activities
• Understanding what metrics drive value (and spur future investment)
• Developing relationships with potential strategic partners and acquirers
• Optimizing financing approaches based on the situation, stage, etc
• Aligning the interests of all shareholders
• Creating exit opportunities for middle performing companies
• How to ride (and survive) the wave of a high performing company
