Then submit your idea to Accelerate 2016: Citizens Make Change, a “civic pitch” event presented by Cleveland Leadership Center and Citizens Bank. The deadline is Friday, December 18, 2015, to submit your idea via a simple online application.

Pitches can be “one-and-done” projects or sustainable, ongoing efforts. Winners receive seed funding and everyone gets community exposure to help bring their vision to reality. Enter your pitch in one of five broad categories: Quality of Life, Economic Development, Educating for Tomorrow, Community Change or Transformative Arts and Culture. But you have to apply to be considered!
