1 MILLION CUPS is a free, nationwide program designed to educate, engage and accelerate early-stage startups. It was founded by the Kauffman Foundation and based on the notion that entrepreneurs can discover solutions and thrive when they collaborate over a million cups of coffee.

1 Million Cups meets at LaunchHouse on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 8:30am to 10am. The event is always free, and begins with casual networking (and coffee!) from 8:30 to 9. At 9am, we’ll have 1 or 2 short presentations from local entrepreneurs along with a group Q&A and discussion. The meetup will conclude by 10am.

Presenter: Sue Marrone, Founder of Sue and Company LLC

Sue Marrone, founder of Sue and Company LLC, will be our presenter at 1 Million Cups in June. Through her consulting company, Sue has facilitated the Business Model Canvas Suite to the Ohio Dept. of Transportation, construction companies, educational institutions and general business organizations. She will be sharing her story and lessons learned with the 1 Million Cups community.

Additionally, Sue has designed the software program Mosaic Junction, a general research program to visually organize your notes for better discovery, discussion and decision making. Mosaic Junction will be in final beta in June.
