Governor Ted Strickland toured the site Wednesday, illustrating how the business benefited from the Ohio Third Frontier program by developing a commercialized breakthrough power generation cycle for waste heat recovery.
"We take the scrap energy and we give it back to you. This saves the utility from the cost of transmission to get it to you. We take your waste heat and use it on site. You don't even have to send it back to the grids, so it's a really efficient way to utilize the full energy bounds of the planet," says Echogen CEO Philip Brennan...
