Cindy Brogan accidentally found a passion for technology-based startup companies when she went back to school to earn an MBA, and now focuses her skills on helping people with traumatic injuries.

OsteoSymbionics

Cindy is CEO of OsteoSymbionics, a company in The Incubator at MAGNET that designs, develops and manufactures craniofacial implants tailored to a patient’s specific injuries. Producing these implants requires diverse expertise—and a strong collaborative spirit. "We have an enormously talented group of people who really care about what they do, and they get on the phone with the surgeon and say, 'Doctor, we have some ideas about the right size and shape of implant should be, but what do you want?'" Cindy says.

OsteoSymbionics believes in the power of meaningful dialogues when it comes to creating what a doctor wants and a patient needs. "We want perfection on every case," Cindy says. "Appearance and the way a person looks is integral to who they are. So when people get up in the morning, our objective is to help them look in the mirror and see themselves."
