The innovative Dynaflex printing plate is a hybrid in-position printing plate which provides advantages over the standard plate and the conventionally produced liquid plate. The hybrid in-position printing plate provides customers with a better product and helps companies maintain and continue on the path to sustainability.
Recently, the in-position printing plate was listed on Walmart’s sustainability score card, which grades products on their environmental friendliness. Retailers, like Walmart, are changing the way they operate business to enhance sustainability. This particular printing process is especially helpful in packaging as it reduces the amount of photopolymer used to create printing plates, thus eliminating the amount of solvent and harmful VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) used.
