Prior to joining JumpStart, she was a senior technical recruiter at Robert Half Technology. There, she created a pipeline of talent for potential and existing clients. Before that, she was a receptionist and administrative assistant for The Fountains Assisted Living in Lyndhurst.
Kara holds a BA degree in Communication Studies from Mount Union College.
