JumpStart's Standard Refund and Cancellation Policy
JumpStart Inc. prides itself on creating high quality programs in response to entrepreneurial needs. Our standard refund policy is a full refund if cancellation occurs two weeks prior to the date of the program. After that time, we welcome substitutions if the registrant is unable to attend. Otherwise, registrations are nonrefundable.
This policy is in effect for all programs unless otherwise specified.
