For every business idea that succeeds, there are hundreds of brilliant ideas that never see the light of day. As a member of the IdeaCrossing team, I see dozens of startups (often led by first-time entrepreneurs) register each week in search of help (money, advice, connections) to accelerate their business. Many of them are incredibly creative ideas. So why is it that so many of these good ideas never take off?
