Sean provides direct recruiting assistance and talent assessment for high growth, emerging companies. He brings more than eight years of executive search experience to the JumpStart team. Prior to joining JumpStart, Sean was Vice President of Business Development and Recruiting at Northeast Ohio executive search firm Action Management Services. He joined Action Management as an account executive in 2003 and was recognized as a top producer and promoted in 2005. At Action, Sean specialized in finance, accounting, tax and audit work. His clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to small, privately held organizations in manufacturing, retail, financial services, real estate and insurance industries.
Sean is an alumnus of The Ohio State University.
