Gloria helps entrepreneurs improve their odds of obtaining funding and achieving business success via outreach, coaching, and technical and business development support.
Gloria has more than 20 years of experience in retail, small business, and non-profit banking. Prior to joining JumpStart, Gloria served as a Vice President at Fifth Third Bank in the Public Funds group, where she provided financial solutions for a portfolio of public entities, non-profit organizations, private schools and universities. She participated in the sourcing, execution and maintenance of over $100 million dollars in debt underwriting and interest rate hedging transactions. Gloria's previous position was Vice President and Small Business Banking Officer with National City Bank (now PNC), where she supported entrepreneurs in their efforts to secure financing, manage cash flow and maximize operational efficiency. In addition to her work at JumpStart, she also provides advisory services to small business owners and women business owners as well as working with disadvantaged populations to improve life skills.
Gloria currently serves as a board member for Youth Opportunities Unlimited and recently joined the board of the Greater Cleveland Neighborhood Centers Association. Gloria completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at The Ohio State University.
