Adity joins JumpStart with several years of entrepreneurial, business analyst and consulting experience.
Most recently, Adity co-invented a monitoring system that detects severe postoperative internal hemorrhages in cardiac surgery patients along with Cleveland Clinic faculty and medical students from her alumni, Case Western Reserve University. The idea won a TiE Ohio Idea Award in May 2010. Prior to focusing on the technology full time, Adity was Business Analyst for Frontier Enterprise where she worked with senior leadership to conduct market analysis, perform risk assessment, and revise business plan for a more environmentally protective existing product. Before that, Adity served as a Six Sigma Quality Consultant to ColorMatrix, applying Six Sigma’s DMAIC methodology to improve the stability of specific color pigments. Her biomedical-focused work includes Biomedical Research Assistant for Case Western Reserve University and Laboratory Technician at Cleveland Clinic.
Adity has a Master's degree in Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
