Mark J. Williams

Prior to November 2012, Mr. Williams led KeyCorp's strategic planning process, including implementation of the strategic plan and competitive landscape analysis, as well as managing the company's strategic planning framework and processes. He was previously Executive Vice President in PNC's Corporate and Institutional Bank, where he led the International business and the Shareholder Services business. He has also held various executive positions at Capital One Financial Corp., McKinsey & Company and GE Aircraft Engines. Mr. Williams was nominated to Kaleidoscope's 40 under 40 (Class of 1997). He is also on the Board of Directors of DANCECleveland and is a Trustee for the Presidents' Council Foundation.
Mr. Williams holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was nominated as a Baker Scholar. He sits on the Executive, Governance, Investment Approval, Development, and Human Resources & Compensation committees of the JumpStart Board.
