John W. Harley
Co-Founder and Co-President, FirstPower Group LLC
Mr. Harley is the Co-Founder and Co-President of FirstPower Group LLC, an industrial manufacturing and equipment company specializing in maintaining older high voltage circuit breakers and compressors used by the electric power industry. Prior to FirstPower Group, he was the Founder and President of J.W. Harley Inc., Founder and President of Tecsonics Inc, and an employee of Ingersoll-Rand Company.
Mr. Harley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and EMBA from the Weatherhead School of Management. He serves on the board of MAGNET, sits on the Annual Fund committee of The Cleveland Orchestra and is involved with numerous other community organizations and technical committees.
Mr. Harley sits on the Community Engagement, Finance & Audit, Strategy, and Executive committees of the JumpStart board.
