In addition to Dr. Talton’s success as an entrepreneur, she is a sought-after keynote speaker and published scholar. Dr. Talton designed the Synergy Trust Index™ (STI), which measures consumer trust and distrust in the largest corporations in the U.S., and TrustTrends™, which ranks the most trusted brands in the U.S. She continues to innovate: In 2011, she designed the Synergy Brand Experience Quotient™, a model which evaluates up to 125 elements of the brand experience.
